At Sister Jane (EU), we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique finds; if a piece isn't perfect, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
